DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY—Bauer Compressors Technology Group (Hall 13/B-91) is introducing its Bauer N2IT nitrogen gas-assisted injection molding that does it all—even making the gas.
The N2IT is a complete turnkey gas-assist. It is a combination of nitrogen, compressor and nitrogen process control in one portable package. That means you don’t have to store bottles of nitrogen, and change the bottles.
When equipped with Bauer’s Nitrogen Control Unit, the N2IT can produce, compress and store enough nitrogen for most gas-assisted molding projects.
The Nitrogen Control Unit can control any gas-assist process, from a simple “through the nozzle” method to complex, multi-cavity molds. |
